Main
| Crispy Shredded Beef
with Fresh Garlic and Chilli: Having tried many dishes with the same name, we happen to think ours is a bit special. Rather than being very thick and in a sweet chilli sauce, our meat is marinated, then coated with light batter and fried with carrots. The sauce is soy sauce based with vinegar, but watch out for the sliced chillies! |

| Sweet and Sour Pork: Why is this dish here? Well, forget every Sweet 'n' Sour you have ever tasted! Our pork is marinated for several days in brandy. Then we add our real batter, double cook it, and serve it with our own recipe Sweet 'n' Sour sauce. The sauce sticks to the battered pork then peppers are added. The meal is not swimming in sauce, and when you try the pork you can still taste the brandy. |
